:: places
I have walked many a path, visited many a city, taken in the sweet scents of many countrysides. A place... a physical space interpreted by my inner space. My sweetest memories of places have been those that have nourished my needs in that moment in time. The sway of the mangy dog, the elegant and self confident appearance of the Romano, the hairdo of the african woman, the architecture or the lack of it, the landscape. Sometimes these have mirrored my inner space other times they have lifted it and yet sometimes have dashed my spirits. Places that have made a difference in my life. Physical spaces that have connected with my inner space. Some have engulfed me with affection, others have taught me hard but invaluable lessons.
So there, I have no space, I have no home. Rather I have many homes. For I long for each of these places when my inner space seeks out my times in those spaces. They are all my spaces ... all my places. Welcome to my place.
